Winter Camp

SILVER HOCKEY SCHOOL'S WINTER CAMP IS BACK!

December 27 - 29 at the Lake Forest Ice Palace.

Each day includes 90 minutes of on ice skill, plus 90 minutes of off-ice training, including stick handling, plyometrics and yoga!
